  • Property and workflow data: subject property details, comparable selections, valuation adjustments, report preferences, and saved outputs.
  • Billing data: subscription status, plan usage, and payment events processed by our payment providers.
  • Technical and usage data: log data, device/browser metadata, IP address, performance telemetry, and feature interaction events.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services and appraisal workflow features.
  • Authenticate users and verify eligibility for MLS-connected functionality.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Support customer requests, communicate service updates, and enforce legal terms.
  • Comply with applicable laws, MLS data obligations, and contractual requirements.

3. MLS and third-party data sources

We may receive MLS content and related metadata through authorized feed arrangements (including WebAPI integrations such as Back Office for Technology Providers) and through public-record data providers. Use and retention of MLS-derived content are subject to applicable MLS and data-license restrictions.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that support authentication, billing, hosting, analytics, and support operations.
  • MLS organizations, data licensors, or compliance counterparties where required by data agreements, audits, or policy enforcement.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy MLS data-use requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and applicable licensing terms.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet-based service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You may access, update, or delete certain account information in your account tools.
  • You may request account deletion, subject to legal, contractual, and MLS retention constraints.
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications using unsubscribe options.
  • Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

8. International transfers

If you access the Services from outside the country where our systems operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
